The benefits of smoothies are undoubtedly – all the ingredients are crushed in their pure form, without heat treatment, which means that all the vitamins and nutrients remain unchanged in them. Avocado – 1 PC.
Celery 2 tablespoons
Nectarine – 2 PCs.
Green tea 1 Cup
Honey-to taste
