Minced meat (pork+beef) 21.16 oz (600 g)
Onion 1 PC.
Milk 4 tablespoons
Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Parsley (crushed) 2 tablespoons
Parmesan 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Tomato sauce:
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic 2 cloves
Tomato paste 24.69 oz (700 g)
Provencal herbs to taste
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

To prepare meatballs in the oven, you need to prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Finely chop the onion and parsley. Beat the egg lightly with a fork until smooth. Combine the minced meat, onion, parsley, milk, grated Parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, ground pepper and mix well until smooth. Form small meatballs, place in a baking dish and refrigerate for 40 minutes.

For the sauce, heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic. Remove the garlic, pour in the tomato paste, add the herbs of provence, salt and pepper to taste and cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes.

Put the meatballs in a baking dish, pour in the tomato sauce, cover with a lid or food foil and bake in a preheated 302F degree oven for 90 minutes.
