Texas fried eggs are a delicious breakfast dish for those who are used to starting the day with something more substantial. It is prepared from simple ingredients, and this recipe is quite possible to try at home. Texas fried eggs are really a full-fledged, independent dish, which does not have to spend a lot of time preparing.
If you want to achieve a soft, smooth and even texture, cook your scrambled eggs over low heat, covered with a lid. Important: only break the eggs into slightly warmed butter.

Preheat a medium-sized frying pan with a thick bottom. Cut the onion in half rings, cherry tomatoes in half, bell pepper, garlic.
Fry the garlic first (2 minutes), add the onion, tomatoes and pepper, simmer over high heat for a few minutes, add salt and a little pepper. Cooking meat requires its preliminary preparation-marinating.
It is smeared with aromatic spices, marinade and sent to marinate for several hours.
Separately fry the marbled beef and chopped sausages. Add the meat ingredients to the vegetables and fry for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
Separately, in a cup, break the egg, make sure it is fresh, and without stirring it, carefully pour it into the pan and let the protein bake on low heat. The yolk should remain whole and liquid.
Break the eggs in the pan, reduce the heat to medium. Bring the eggs to a boil, remove from the heat, add salt and pepper. Chop the greens and sprinkle the finished dish. Texas fried eggs are just great! Bon Appetit!
