A cocktail based on milk and honey can be prepared from any berries. In this case, it will be cherries. You can add yogurt and milk to the cocktail, as well as cinnamon – an important component that will give the smoothie a special taste. Both fresh and frozen berries are suitable for making cherry smoothies.
For this recipe, instead of the usual cow’s milk, you can take any milk to your taste. But when choosing coconut, almond or soy, do not forget that each of them will add its own characteristic notes that will affect the final taste of the smoothie. Milk can also be replaced with natural yogurt.
Mix the oat flakes with the milk and put them in the microwave for a few minutes (so that the flakes are steamed). After that, we send the washed pitted cherries and yogurt to the blender bowl.
Here we send oatmeal flakes with milk and start whipping. Add honey gradually (it is better if it is liquid).
Cocktails with berries like cinnamon, especially if it is cherries or apples. Add to taste and start whipping everything until smooth.
