Healthy sweets: recipes for weight loss for every day

Healthy sweets: recipes for weight loss for every day. Master Class #27

Sweets for proper nutrition – what are they? Low-calorie, with minimal sugar and flour content or without them at all. These simple food restrictions are great for the fruit and vegetable season. Healthy sweets: recipes for weight loss for every day.

Summer is the time of the year when it is not difficult to eat properly, because everything that is needed for this, you can say, just grows at hand. Vegetables – in the garden, fruits and berries – in the garden and in the clearing. And if desired, it is quite possible to include flowers and herbs in the diet. Cook with pleasure and eat to your heart’s content!

Project: Natural and really delicious desserts

#1. Dessert of yogurt, nettle, and honeysuckle. Healthy sweets: recipes for weight loss for every day.

Fresh, hearty, healthy, beautiful, delicious! An unusual dessert with honeysuckle is thick and rich, which can replace any meal. For more taste, nettle and mint are added to them, and yogurt is responsible for satiety and velvety structure.

Ingredients:
Skimmed yogurt 3 tablespoons
Low-fat grain cottage cheese 3.53oz
Honeysuckle 3.53oz
Chilled boiled water 2 tablespoons
Nettle leaves 3 tablespoons
Mint 3 sprigs
Sugar 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

Cooking time 30 minutes

Wash and chop the honeysuckle. Put it in a ladle and add sugar. Bring to a boil over low heat, boil for a minute, stir, and remove from heat.

Fill the nettle leaves with hot water, but not with boiling water. Leave in a container with water for 15 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the leaves.

Rinse the mint and dry it. Put it in a blender bowl, add nettles and water to the same place. Whisk at high speeds. Pour the liquid into the glasses.

Rinse the blender. Put the cottage cheese and yogurt in there and whisk at high speeds. Put the mass in glasses on top of the nettle-mint smoothie. Do not mix. Add 1 tablespoon of honeysuckle boiled with sugar on top.

#2. Marshmallows from cherry plum

Homemade marshmallow from cherry plum is a very healthy, low-calorie, and delicious delicacy. The essence of the process consists of prolonged boiling of fruit puree and subsequent drying in the oven or in an electric dryer. I suggest that sugar be included in the ingredients, but strict adherents of proper nutrition can exclude this not-so-useful product from the recipe (they also do this), in which case a very useful and very sour dessert will turn out.

Ingredients:
Cherry plums 34.92oz
Sugar 3.53oz

Instructions:

Cooking time 4 hour

Rinse the cherry plum and dry it a little. Take out the bones.

Using a blender, chop the cherry plum into a puree and rub it through a sieve. Pour the puree into a non-stick saucepan and add sugar to it.

Put the pan on medium heat, bring to a boil, and cook the puree until thickened, about half an hour. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, move the resulting mass there, and level it with a spatula. Dry the pastille in the oven with the door ajar for 4 hours on low heat.

#3. Pumpkin-curd souffle. Healthy sweets: recipes for weight loss for every day.

For lovers of pumpkin desserts, I suggest cooking the most delicate, sweet, delicious pumpkin-curd souffle without sugar. This souffle is good to serve for breakfast or a hearty snack. If you have a sweet tooth, then add sugar during cooking. The sweetness of the pumpkin was enough for me. Additionally, you can put raisins in the souffle.

Ingredients:
Sweet pumpkin pulp 7.0oz
Raw egg whites 3 pcs
Low-fat cottage cheese 10.58oz
Water 3 tablespoons
Honey to taste

Instruction:
Cooking time 1 hour

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and stew in a small amount of water, strain. Grind into a puree. Rub the cottage cheese with honey until smooth. Add pumpkin puree to it and whisk into a homogeneous mass.

Whisk each protein separately, then gradually introduce each of them into the pumpkin-curd puree, continuing to whisk the mass. When it becomes homogeneous, spread it out on silicone molds, filling them by two-thirds.

Place the molds in a deep baking dish and fill it with hot water so that the level reaches half the height of the molds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 356F for about 30 minutes. Then turn off the oven, open the door slightly, and leave the souffle to cool. Remove the cooled dessert from the molds and serve it on the table.

#4.Fruit candies

Homemade sweets are very popular with many, besides this option is much healthier. Let’s prepare fruit candies. The candies turn out to be very delicate, airy, and moderately sweet and are perfect for a homemade tea party.

Ingredients:
Any peeled fruit 14.11oz
Egg white 1 piece
Honey 3 tablespoons
Agar-agar 3 teaspoons
Cooled boiled water 3 tablespoons
Parchment paper.

Instruction:

Cooking time 40 minutes
Chop the fruit in a blender in puree, bring it to a boil, and add half of the honey. Cook until thickened. Cool it down. Fill the agar-agar with water and leave for 15 minutes. Divide the protein into two parts, and whisk one of them to a fluffy white mass.

Add the second half of the protein to the berry mass and beat with a mixer at high speeds. Then add the previously separately beaten half of the protein and whisk again.

Put honey in the agar-agar and cook over low heat with continuous stirring until syrup is obtained. Cook it for one minute. Then remove from the heat.

Turn on the blender again and start whipping the fruit and protein mass, while pouring a thin stream of hot syrup into the center. After adding the syrup, beat the mixture for another 3 minutes.

Transfer the whipped mixture to a pastry bag. With it, form the marshmallow halves on parchment paper or spread the mass into rectangular molds and leave it in a dry place at room temperature to solidify. Combine the finished products into marshmallows or cut as desired (if molds were used).

#5.Melon sorbet. Healthy sweets: recipes for weight loss for every day.

Melon sorbet is an exquisite dessert for hot days. A wonderful taste combination of sweet melon and mint.
