Baguette 1 pc.
Canned pineapple rings 6 pcs.
Chicken eggs 3 pcs.
1/2 cup cream
Liquid honey 2 tablespoons
Fat sour cream 1 tablespoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Butter 1 tablespoon
Powdered sugar 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

Anchovies 4 pcs.
Extra Virgin Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Fat cream 2 tablespoons

Place the bread in a small baking tray, sprinkle with olive oil and bake under the grill until golden brown. Chop the anchovies very finely.

Prepare the dressing: combine the chopped anchovies with vinegar, cream and olive oil, pepper, and mix. Chop the chives finely. Peel the garlic, cut it in half, and rub the fried bread with a slice.
Cut the cheese into thin flakes (you can use a vegetable peeler). Cut the chicory lengthwise into thin strips.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
Bread 2 slices
Avocado 8.82oz (1 pc.)
Lightly salted salmon 5.29oz
Eggs 2 pcs.
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Instruction:
Cooking time 15 minutes

Prepare the products according to the list.
If desired, instead of salmon, you can use another redfish to choose from – chum salmon, trout, salmon, or pink salmon.
We use whole-grain bread, but rye and wheat bread will also work.

Cut the avocado in half, peel, and stone. Cut the avocado pulp into plates about half a centimeter thick.

Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat. Put the slices of bread in a frying pan and fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until browned. If desired, the bread can be dried not in a frying pan, but in a toaster.

Prepare a poached egg. Pour about 2 cups of water into a saucepan. Add vinegar and salt. Mix it up. Put on maximum heat and bring to a boil.

Carefully break the egg into a small deep dish so that the yolk remains intact.

With a spoon, stir the boiling water intensively in a circle to form a clear funnel. Pour an egg from a bowl into the funnel. In 10 seconds, while the egg is in the funnel, the protein will curdle, and the egg will take the form of a neat pouch.

Turn down the heat to medium and cook the poached egg for about 1 minute. During this time, the protein will seize, and the yolk will remain liquid. Then remove the egg from the water with a slotted spoon.

Put the poached eggs on toast on top of the avocado. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
